Visiting Rach Cat Fort, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister - Truong Hoa Binh is kindly interested in officers and soldiers’ health, life and results of performing their tasks at the Artillery Platoon 105 (Rach Cat Fort), Advisory Division, Military Command of Long An province. At that time, Rach Cat Fort was considered as the earliest and most solid fortress built in Indochina.
